5 ways to raise your vibration

You may have already heard people say that your inner world creates your outer world. This means, that, the pattern of your thoughts, attitudes, and actions (your vibration), is what creates your reality. So, if you want to change what is happening in your life, then you must raise your vibration.

Below are some super quick and easy ways that you can try to help raise and keep your vibration high. They will help you feel better, and attract more positive people and situations into your life!

1. Choose happiness.

Try looking for the positives in every situation, smiling frequently, saying hello to people, avoiding gossip, finding something beautiful and appreciating it, laughing, walking in nature.

The happier you feel, the more you will draw happy people, situations and experiences to yourself because you are operating at a different frequency.

2. Practice acts of kindness

Give some money to charity, volunteer for a worthy cause, pay for someone’s coffee, send a thoughtful gift or card, spend time talking to a person who may need some kind words.

Don’t do it for the thank you. Do it out of the kindness of your heart.

3. Be grateful.

The reason gratitude journals work is because they help shift your vibration from focusing on what you don’t have to focusing on what is already abundant in your life. When you do that you send out a message to the universe that you want more in your life to be grateful for. Like attracts like!

4. Move

Movement creates endorphins, which help to make you feel happy. Remember happiness raises your vibration!

5. Breathe deeply

Find a quiet spot and just sit and focus on your breath. Try to make it deeper longer, fuller, and calmer. It has a direct affect on your nervous system and helps to relax you. A calm vibration is a high vibration.
